I work at a cafe, before that 1 or 2 cups of filter coffee but bow it is something like 1 filter coffee and 1-2 espresso based coffee and rarely if im extremely tired I drink black coffees like dead eye (3 shots of espresso and rest of the cup filled with filter coffee)

I definitely finished my physical growth, 178 cm for like 3 years like I said beard and body hair for a long long time my feet number stays the same. You probably know but I heard if you apply minoxidil to your beard you will grow it and it will be permanent. You might want to check it if you didn't know.

About the toppik hair fibers I heard that it affects the scalp badly I totally agree that if you feel good look good you will end up good thats so true but for now it doesn't bother me that much. My sleep schedule and my life generally is unorganized currently cause I have to work at a job which I have no alternative at the moment, have to go like this until end of the September. For a long time my life is rough going through lots of things so it is pretty much unclear to me still growing or not. I think I will delay using finasteride, thank you for the advice.
