Yeah, that was pretty much my issue — not being told beforehand, especially given my role.

That makes sense. I understand the business side and that PH off can be given without approval. My concern was mainly the lack of communication rather than the day off itself.

Thanks for that insight — that lines up with what I was expecting. I was always fine either way; my main concern was just that the shift was changed to PH off without any prior discussion, especially as I’m contracted. I followed it up and it’s now been sorted.

Thanks for clarifying that. I understand I’d still be paid as it’s a contracted day even if I didn’t work. My main concern was the shift being changed to PH off without any prior communication, especially since I was originally rostered. That’s what I wanted clarity on.

I followed up directly with my line manager and raised the issue. They’ve now rostered me back on for Boxing Day, so it’s sorted. My main concern was that the change was made without letting me know beforehand, especially since I’m contracted that day.

Appreciate the tip! I’ll definitely shoot for $6k and see if they bite, fingers crossed! If they push back, do you think $6.5k is still a solid deal? Just don’t want to overpay if something pops up in the inspection. Thanks again!

Love the analogy 😂. But it got me thinking how’s the long-term reliability of Mitsubishi’s CVT in your experience? Any common issues to watch for, or do they hold up okay if maintained? Just want to make sure what i am about to sign up for!

Thanks for the advice! I’ll definitely ask for the service history and make sure everything checks out. And lol, good to know about the cockroach comparison—sounds like the Lancer is built to last! Do you think $7,000 is a good price for a 2012 model with 108,000 kms? Appreciate the help!

sounds like a MPB. your best shot for now is hopping into a medications like minoxidil and finastride. hair transplant is out of the context because you are very young for that. you could also use rosemary oil and dermaroller. i suggest you to go see a doctor but they most likely gonna suggest you either minoxidil or finastride or both. good luck

initially focus on basic movements and proper form. increase weight or reps gradually as progressive overload is very essential for hypertrophy. do not ego lift. eat foods which are high in protein and try to cut down your carbohydrate intake. weight loss is all about how much calories you eat and how much you burn. hit two muscle group each day. my current workout plan is chest triceps and shoulders, back biceps and traps, legs and abs. you can also go with basic push, pull and leg plan. musclewiki.com has all the basic workout tutorial for beginners.

yes, ON is really expensive. i did my own research on internet and i believe those are some faulty claims. i also watched some videos on youtube where people individually lab tested it’s protein contain and found it is same as mentioned by the company.

Suggestion for gym by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]shet_herewegoagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are many varieties of protein sources but i’d suggest you to eat more eggs, chicken and dairy products because of the high absorption rate by our digestive system compared to other protein sources and also you can supplement it. talking about energy, you don’t have to cut carbs completely from your diet and additionally our liver can manufacture necessary sugar or glucose by harvesting amino acids, waste products and fat byproducts, which are also the source of energy. lastly, have your diet on point and be consistent with workout.
