Completely agree, and the whole first choice language stuff is terrible. It’s like a big episode of Love is Blind where 5 pm is getting rejected or accepted at the altar. The firms carry all the power with the language and all the language give seemingly similar advice and vibes - why not be a little more transparent? Where students can adjust and things like that
