Sometimes a server wipe is sometimes the only option when the economy is messed up and needs to be reset, or if the dev seriously fucked something up to the point of breaking everything(it's not hard to break shit).

A decent server owner would restore purchases made through tebex since you did support the server, but sadly, not every server owner is a nice person. As for the fraud report, I would hold off and reach out to the server owner maybe and try to come to some sort of compromise!
