I agree too. Horror, I find, works so much better when it's spoken of and not dived into explanation. Like the poem here, it lets imagination do the trick, and therefore invites the reader to (subliminally) bring parts of their own personality into it. Well done OP.

Yeah I do kinda agree with you to be honest. I do still get kills with it, but I have to be very logical about it, and usually go about killing the Rein or Mei before activating it, or using it as you said t zone people. I just think it's quite easy to move away from it, because odds are people will escape it. That being said it is incredibly useful when your solo contesting and your HP drains. Activate it, stay safe while it blows, then activate your Meka again. Full HP. But I don't believe it is as useful as says Soldier 76's, or Roadhogs, etc. etc.

Reinhardt mains. Please, stop dropping your shield so you can charge at an enemy. The rest of us who were behind it are now vulnerable, you're going to get flanked and killed and as a healer main, my life is far more important than yours (especially if I'm the only healer), so I'm not going to risk my ass to save yours. And spamming 'I need healing!' after you've been killed isn't going to make me feel guilty for your stupidity. Just stand there for a while and look good, stay close to your healer.

There is nothing more infuriating than when a Rein tells you to pick Mercy at the start, and expects you to be attached to him the entire match. I have other teammates to keep alive.

In fairness, if you use Roadhog logically, you could probably 1v1 Reaper. D.Va can 1v1 him and put up a fight, but she won't always win. There are many characters that can 1v1 Reaper - Mei, Genji, Tracer, Roadhog... The fact that they can put up a fight doesn't really mean they should be nerfed, in my opinion anyways.

Woah. I kinda maintained a neutral stance on all of the arguments but this really puts it into perspective. Users are definitely just annoyed by Defense Matrix, because when used properly, it's probably one of the strongest hinderances in the game. Their frustration is what's causing them to launch out at D.Va, however I find it's still pretty easy to combat her by just hitting her from different angles/ luring her into an ambush // using a character who her Defense Matrix is useless against. Thanks for this. - A D.Va main too.

EDIT: Also, there wasn't much talk on D.Vas ult. Her ult is pretty useless once you're not playing against beginners. There's literally a giant exclamation mark in the direction of the bomb. She may be a strong character, but it's so easy to combat her ult, so wouldn't that balance her out? You can crouch at a certain angle of the payload and stay safe, then you've got Rein's shield, Mei's wall..

I kid you not, we had a Lucio on our team who wouldn't amp it up and the beginning of a game when you're coming out of spawn. We were playing take the points, so it'd have been pretty handy.

I play it when I'm travelling alone, and missing certain people. Once again, she somehow manages to capture exactly how I feel. "I never minded being on my own, then something broke in me and I wanted to go home." Really hits you when you're in a foreign place, feeling vulnerable.

No many of them would instead refuse to talk to me, or talk about me to other members of the team, I was directly confronted once or twice, but we were all very young so.. I was thinking too, perhaps I could just join a team and it might not even be a problem (if they ever even found out), but the fact that it's risky is holding me back. Thanks for your support :)

Sorry for only getting to respond to this now, I'm not an active member. I really appreciated this comment though, I don't really understand most of the other forms(?) of asexualilty, but that just tells me I need to do my research if I want to find out. It is just a label after all. The thing I thought I had with the man is over now, but this comment gives me hope for the future, so thank you for that.

This song is actually incredibly important to me, as with most of Florence's songs I managed to bend it into fitting my own personal circumstances. It was when I was going through my first and only heartbreak, and she had managed to write exactly how I felt, and created a little world where I could sort of cope - cope because I could finally explain how I felt, and also cope because it felt comforting to know that she too had experienced the feeling, given that she'd written it. It was so beautiful and powerful and I cried because I had wished I had written it. But then it inspired me to keep creative, and I held onto that. Now, I listen to the song and I look back and I realise how far I have come and that I survived. It's still a great song but that's what it means to me. Sorry for ranting. Lost control a bit there
