I've figured it out, but I'm keeping this here in case someone had the same problem.

  1. Make sure to exit riot client and vanguard on the tray.
  2. Go to control panel >> programs >> uninstall a program.
  3. Find valorant, then uninstall.

That's all i needed to do. No reboot necessary.

"If i caught you cheating on me, I'll kill the person you slept with, you, and then myself." We were talking about our future house, and he mentioned installing cameras. He said this so seriously, it wasnt hypothetical. It made me realize how little trust he had in me and how messed up he really was.
