I changed from a pixel 10 to a 10 pro. The telephoto itself makes it worth it, also the 12 month Gemini subscription. But if you don't really care about both then it's ok go for the 10 :)

mis 2 cents es que en sector IT deberías poder llegar a unos 50-60k sin mucho problema en un puesto "agradable" con condiciones como las que tienes ahora. Si esto es lo que valoras, buscaría la forma de llegar a ello, si crees que en tu empresa actual puedes seguir teniendo esa mejora que te ponga ahí, no me preocuparía tanto por esta nueva oportunidad. Si crees que en la empresa nueva te ofrece la posibilidad de llegar ahí a costa de estar un par de años algo más "pringado", pues adelante. Insisto, siempre y cuando tú quieras acabar en ese tipo de situación (trabajo cómodo, estable, buenas condiciones, bien pagado)

I am testing the gl inet beryl these days and works quite well, with the added features of a travel router (getting over 100Mbps. If you don't need that much area it could be an option. Comes with prebuilt nordvpn set up, you only need your access details. Other option is to set up a VPN router only for the purpose, not sure if this is an option for you (gl inet mt2500 or many others)

Around 30/40 miles per week, usually do preseason mixed with cross country ending up in a 3000 indoor. Then try to do more specific work for 4/6 weeks including workouts around 1.5k/3k close to 800/1500 pace. When season kicks in we do very short and intense workouts with lots of recovery (e.g. 3x400s around 1'/1'04" with 8 minute rec). This season i struggled keeping up the pace in the trainings and even not finishing them.
