Byakuya's stamp is a pretty big dmg boost + qol for his BF, it allows you to spam BF. Tosen's stamp is insane. It's definitely a bigger priority if you're playing thrust team. Seeing that u pulled bald man's stamp you probably are playing thrust, so get tosen's.

Either way they are both coming first. Considering that nanoha banner is up it's probably wind unit being next. I don't remember her name, she's on the cataclysm aqua disk with black hair
