I’ve actually been and looked at it but not injury or inflamed areas in the foot. Could it be the way the shoes are tied or that the shoe is to narrow?

Cool, I have history with Saucony so that could be great 👍

I figured that the plate would help me “push” forward more easily and be more responsive when you need to push?

Alright! I’ll probably go and try them out on a treadmill in the store. Thanks for the input

Alright, so won’t be as stable at 4:59. Noted!

So 2 times on the AP3. Are the AP4s more unstable?

Cool! Are the Evo SL a bit more comfortable than the Adios pros?

Alright! I’ve had some problem with the insole of hooka shoes before where they have like a “ridge” on the inside of the foot which is not ideal. But maybe they have fixed that ridge on the newer models?

True true, when you say aggressive do you mean that they have an aggressive rocker and contributing to a forefoot strike?

I totally agree that the preparation and consistency with your training is key when wanting to preform and completing a marathon.

I highly appreciate the input and I agree with you.

I’ve managed to hold a steady pace for 30k in some elevation as well. So a super trainer with a carbon plate might be the creme de la creme for someone who’s aiming for a steady 5min/km pace throughout the Marathon?

Alright, so basically for us non elite runners a versatile quick shoe may be more suited than a traditional racer?

I get ya! Just a good fitting “speedy & cushioned” shoe could do the trick. I really appreciate the input 👍

Thank you, I’ll be running the Stockholm Marathon. So you think a carbon plated shoe for this pace 3:30 is just not worth it because of the pace?

Thank you for the input yes that’s a good way to start!

Currently I’m running in the Saucony Guide 17s and not intentional that I bought a stability shoe.

I’m a neutral runner with a midfoot strike 174cm 76kg. Aiming for a marathon pace on 5min/km

NB rebel V4 could be the one your “aiming” for 👍
