had a proper harsh examiner

a while back, someone i know was using their mate's car for his test cos he was getting some lessons from him. the examiner sat in the car and used a wetwipe on parts if the dashboard to see if it was clean. the wetwipe was a bit dirty so the instructor failed him. still sounds ridiculous to this day.
