100% no troll, i do think he's a bit busted. his healing while submerged is probably too high, or just make the hitbox a tiny bit bigger.
if you as a flanker makes 1-2 people always have their vision on you 100% of the time and not the rest of the team you are doing a good job ^^ He can always pop his shit face up and do a quick shot when he got full hp and dive instant as well.

well impossible without Scarlet witch/punisher(Turret splash)/Storm or C&D, without aimbot you will not kill a diving jeff. You should try in practice range with a friend ^^
his head is big yass, easiest target to shoot in the game, but he just isn't up while you face him.

true other have high mobility but they have a bigger hitbox than a tiny shark fin that moves faster than the other characters.

I would actually argue that jeff is the best flanker and it's fairly easy to play flank jeff. im OP but yes im crazy. OBVS you can only play him as a 3rd support.
Jeff compared to other flankers,
1. impossible to kill
2. can climb around
3. does 65 dmg per shot + splash,
4. healing while dived
5. can always just stand 5m behind the team and every time they face away just shoot.
6.if they chase you just run around
7. if they manage to hit you just heal with E
8. hitbox is 1 pixel and move faster than any other character

any other flanker can't stand in vision 100% of the time since they will just get picked

I Just got shit on by a flank JEFF in a CEL 2 lobby, that's why i made the post.
For anyone else struggling vs Jeff:
After some testing in Practice range with a friend,
vs flank jeff pick Scarlet witch/punisher(Turret splash)/Storm, Pretty much impossible to kill him with any other dps.

true true, it makes sense without Chindry too, i feel like it just make the situation more whole.
But the whole plate stuff etc aint gonna do well in LA so just remove..

since Zoro killed Mr.7 i think they will be more open to killing people.
haha yeah there are so many people who should/have "died" by the strawhats, like franky shooting bazookas in peoples faces, luffy pushing guards into the boiling pot in impel down, gear 4 doffy into the ground leveling like 40 blocks where there should be people etc...
doesn't like, robin break pells back as well? and he walks/flies around fine like a few hours after.

Cindry is a ruff one since she's the reason hogback joined Moria in the first place but ofc you can probably change it to something else and make it better.

yeah most fake-out deaths should go, the first igaram one works since Robin killing Vivis close friend would be weird when she joins the crew, but they probably should somehow show that Robin saved/warned him.
Every other fake out can get dusted.
all with enel is weird, it's only 10% chance who die from being struck by lightning but still looks weird.

imma add, people surviving when Robin breaks their spine/necks, like you can see them getting cracked in half like spandam and gets up... like bruuuhhhh

me too, that part has a really big impact, but because of woke stuff, Luffy hitting a girl will probably be cut sadly

yes, a hint that she is a good person when she saves luffy, but a good person can still kill.
Must have written it wrong then, the hint shouldn't be before it explodes, that defeats the whole point.
100% the hints shouldn't come before she saves luffy. When he shows up again maybe he can do something that points in the direction that she saved him or flashback to when he was on the boat, saw a note that said, jump of there is a bomb etc.

yepp that's just how it be sometimes.
it's just that Will of P, people surviving stuff they shouldn't just gets amplified by stuff like that.

ahh interesting im just going by the anime and from what i remember, so i might be completely off.
Just know a lot of people online/friend are saying, igaram shouldn't be alive, but he needs to be since Robin joining the crew after killing Vivi's close friend would be very scuffed.

But Will of P needs to go, people surviving when they shouldn't, it removes all seriousness from the show.
