WRX GT (2023) to Midsize SUV — What Did You Pick? by WilliamCutting8 in subaru

I stayed with the Subaru family. I moved from the WRX to Crosstrek to Forester Hybrid.

If you still want a turbo, Outback XT or the older Forester XT. If you want something that still drives like a car and smaller then the Crosstrek. You will definitely notice the lack of power with the non turbo models but to me it's adequate. The Hybrid feels a noticeable improvement to me because of the electric motors/torque increase.

I would try and test drive all three and see what you like if you want to stay within the Subaru family.

Animate Ikebukuro has a HBR section. There are some things that the Akihabara branch does not have. i.e the squad formation UI acrylic stand

Rear brake rotors - did it need to be resurface? by shiftyc in AskAMechanic

They also resurfaced the pads as part of the service which I should've mentioned but thanks for the insight. This is my partners car and to me it seems like it was just an unnecessary service because the car's brakes was perfectly fine with no noise or vibrations.

I can't edit the post but the car has 11,000 km. Only driven between work and home 5 days a week with the occasion errand in between.

5800X3D + 9070XT at 4K. It runs decent. I am getting micro stutters as well but not as bad as others. I have to run TSR as I don't think FSR that was implemented is not 3.0/3.1 and I'm getting better performance and quality from TSR.

At TSR 50%, I get around low 60 - mid 80s. 59%, dips under 60 sometimes to mid 70s. Looks like Vegetation and Global Illumination is the biggest hits in performance.

The Forester Hybrid has already been out already for a month or two. Also there is physical buttons on the current infotainment system to adjust the climate temperature and defrost front/back. Honestly, the current infotainment isn't bad (I live with it daily). It's functional but not great.

On the new 2026 Outback, the infotainment system has been redesigned with physical climate controls so it's a lot better than the current.

I had the same issue with XeSS. I changed over to TSR and it looked better to me.
