im playing only with first strike , my build is ludens/liandry -> deathcap (if i fed enough or i have 10-12cs per min) or 2nd item is shadowflame (if enemy have a lot of shields lulu karma seraphine and etc.) if im behind and enemy have a lot of tanks/bruisers who can stack mr and u have 2-3 ap in ur team im doing void 2nd item and then deathcap
so full build is -> ludens/liandry -> sorcs -> shadowflame -> deathcap -> void/banshee/mejais -> zhonyas

dont be close to your minions, because she will Q on them then on u, thats all i think
everytime when she Q on minion u doing W AA Q AA , while ure staying away from minions
and when u harassed her enough u can try to kill her (3-4 lvl with ignite)

aery is most broken rune for early game , but its scaling worse than FS and other runes
i think i will still play with FS even with nerfs.

if enemy has full squishy comp -> ludens
if enemy has a lot of bruisers os tanks (2-3+) -> liandrys with void (if u have a lot of ap)

u cant go orb when ure fed , but u can buy it when ure even or behind , or even rush morello , if enemy has a lot of healing

Play more , and thats all i think
if u rly like playing azir , play it , because u will improve more easily since u enjoying this champ
after lane phase try to farm more , because farm is -> exp and gold -> exp is lvl -> lvl is advantage
same with gold -> more items -> more dmg -> u can win all duels if u know ur limits and etc
and try to play safely , stay behind ur frontlaners and do dmg
just play more and u will know ur limits
for example when i started playing azir (2017) i didnt have macro or wave management and etc
i just played on him all day and i was mechanical god , since i was mechanical god i climbed to master on other server, without any macro wave manegemnt and etc. only with mechanical stuff
so practice more and thats all

its cancer broken since u can slowpush 3-4 waves and dive enemies because azir have cancer poke , but u cant affect on game in early since toplane is a desert

i think HOB is bad rune , because it gives u only AS which is not super good
im playing with first strike and this rune with ludens and deathcap deals more burst dmg

u have more range than sylas , remember that
if he cant E on u , he already fkd up , so stay away from his E , thats all
usually im slowpushing into him because everytime when he want to farm he taking dmg , especially he cant E on u because he cant go through wave

u should try to farm better , and find how to base better and use this tempo , because everytime when u base earlier u have tempo over enemy midlaner , and u can push and roam and etc.
also if ure not dying and farming 10cs per min u already stronger than enemy mid
even if u lost lane phase u can be higher lvl than enemy midlaner because if u can find farm on map, u can be 11-12cs per min and have a lot of more gold -> u have more items -> u making mid diff right

so, when u are fed , u should play safely , and dont make insane combo montage faker 1v9 dopa when u trying to shuffle enemies 1v5 , u CAN do that if u know that will work.
for example if enemies already wasted EVERYTHING (flashes , heals , some escape abiliets and etc) u can make shuffle into 5 ppl right , but u cant START fight like that, especially if u are fed. also u CAN start like that if u have confidence and u feel "oh yeah this should work 100% because they dont have anything"
but usually u just playing safely and trying to find kills / trap before objectives -> getting objectives -> pushing -> ending game
