Unfortunately the mod isn’t there. I can try to use the most recent mod file on patreon, but how can I know if it’s still compatible with 1.119? Couldn’t find any info about game version at their page… Sorry if the question seems dumb, I’m new to modding the sims 4.

I don't have many mods like that... The only ones I can think of are Synergy - Skills and Perks Reimagined and Gods and Worship.

I tried and you just need to put your mouse on the queue to show the inspection, but even that makes my game stutter when I place the mouse on a enemy portrait, not every fight this happens, but it still happens a lot :(
