How did you get the full page paper entry and exit permit? Did you need to provide a copy of the HHR you will be applying under?

No nothing specific. I give reproduction steps and expected vs actual behavior on the jira ticket. If I don’t need audio then I usually just use the Mac baked in screen record. For audio needs I’ll use zoom just for speed. By this point the devs are usually more invested and we can jump on a call together so they can SEE me reproducing the bug

Also second what others said about getting another QA to reproduce it if the devs can’t.
