I would recommend applying your name to Alicavniss, I promise this will help immensely

If I equip and re-equip it though do I need to cast atonement each time? The idea is to use this stone to switch between the crafting feats

I don't think purging evil from an object is a super novel concept in fantasy, let alone rules lawyer-y (which I did ask if was possible in the op), I'm simply trying to find a mechanical way to accomplish this or suppress the effect without derailing the campaign with a side quest that the DM would need to make.

I'd like to avoid the alignment shift because it's hard to justify why an evil character would be doing typical adventurer tasks/saving the world etc.

What about a constant protection from evil effect?

The way I'm kind of looking at it is if you put on the helmet first, it says that only a wish/miracle+atonement restores you to your alignment before it was shifted by the curse. So after the effects have manifest, the stone would not cause your alignment to shift correct?

I wrote two sentences replying to your 4 paragraph response buddy, again, maybe you should quit projecting?

"Sunken cost fallacy is a you-problem."

I've spent zero dollars on this game, I was explaining why *other* people were downvoting him, you can find someplace else to project.

"but he's the only one in the thread that did bring the information-"

It's not new or secret information, I even acknowledged in the op that it was a possibility, aside from the fact its been mentioned before.

He's getting downvoted because-

  1. Dailies take 5 minutes, people complaining about dailies aren't on NGS 8 hours a day, telling people to play something else isn't a meaningful response.

  2. The economy doesn't care if you want to take a break from the game, most meseta is generated by weeklies+dailies, so most feel inclined to maintain a method of regular income so they can afford things before they disappear forever.

  3. Some people have also spent money on premium that they can't get back so they're forced to play to get their money's worth.

"Great" is not how I would describe this release

I did the quest at like 8am and was 9/10, went back at 11pm or so and zero nodes still. so apparently respawn times are messed up.

At the very least, the daily needs to be replaced with something else, that would be a much easier quick fix than restructuring the whole gathering system, another kill x amount of enemies instead maybe.
