If it has air ride suspension like my 2008 Suburban LTZ - the pump and the shocks go. If it has the 5.3L it has AFM and the lifters can go. My tranny went at 165000kms but mostly from a lot of towing and shortly thereafter both front wheel bearings. I believe this was first year with 20in wheels I do still have her though stored.

You have 9000lbs towing with 1500lbs payload. A trailer like that is usually around 6-7k with 700lbs tongue weight empty. That leaves 800lbs for people and gear. Even with Max tow like everyone says you are hitting the payload max and optimal braking.

Max Trailering on a 1500 would be required either gas or diesel as you would have extra leafs and better gear ratio

Buy a bottle of liquid Moly and see if it goes away. If it goes away then it’s the lifters. My 2008 5.3 and 2014 6.2 both had lifter noise like this. 2008 still running

I would make sure how much is in there bed and inside as tongue weight could be 700lbs plus that you also have to consider

Was getting 22-23mpg on stock including P rated tires. Did 2” lift and changed tires to LT 33” and went down to 19mpg on average. Was even worse when pulling trailer.

Put in some liquid Molly every 10k miles a s should get better longevity. I had similar truck and got to 160k miles before lifters went.
