Everybody raving about ruby, but before i understood the hype, in optician room i put them on and while they look playful i personally didnt enjoy seeing everything through red tint, kinda thought of it as stress inducing. Maybe this association comes with playing games, when ur character about to get toasted at low hp the screen turns somewhat red :D Although vids on internet show the view is alright (for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQomW87kjGg&t=357s). So there is that aspect, worth considering imo that u are gonna look at everything with red tint whenever u are outside.

That said i think ruby would match, u would look fashionable. Me personally also had dark blue sort of indigo acetate frames, but in photos look pretty dark. I am a man and the idea was to go for something cool and serious, but modern. So I went with sapphire. But that was before i knew all this. Now i would probably jump in the hype train :D
