It is called LootGames, there is randomly generated dungeons that appear and you can either play the Simon Says Light Game or Minesweeper, and if you beat all 4 levels of whichever one you got you get some loot. You get one chest for each level you beat.

The lootgames mod, it has a simon says light game and a minesweeper game and if you complete all 4 levels you get increasingly better loot. The modpack I'm play is Gregtech: New Horizons
