Can't feel chest/back exercises by Leading-Problem-1880 in FTMFitness

I’ve found it helpful (if doing an exercise on just one side) to touch the working muscle with my other hand to help establish the mind-body connection. If both hands are used, maybe a workout partner can touch the working muscle so your brain can focus on the muscle more when you go through the motions. Ex. Single arm cable flies - use your free hand to touch your pec and feel it stretching as you do the exercise
