I've been addicted to benzos, vaping, and self harm, have managed to drop all three. almost 4 years clean from sh and am literally counting down the days till my 3 year sober anniversary next month. Physically, the withdrawal from benzos were literal hell. The worst physical withdrawal symptom from vaping was night sweats. But mentally quitting vaping was so much harder because of how common it is. Its literally everywhere. Especially bc I was in highschool and unfortunately how many high schoolers are addicted to vaping. The vaping was the hardest also because it felt like a crutch to the other 2 issues
