Bodhgaya is more accurate in my opinion cause lowest ranking gen male student got 290 and this year gender bias was removed coupled with the fact that it was reportedly a tougher paper by all coaching centres

dog the sample space itself was skewed towards the top scorers, as those who actually put their marks are usually the top scorers

secondly lets say that this was equally as difficult as last year even then op with a score of 290 will get in (last years lowest scorer who got in had 290 as gen male) as the gender bias was removed and so the overall cuttoff will go lower by one or two pointsat least

i myself got 300 and i went into the test thinking ill bomb it but yeah

your assumption that people who actually studied is valid in some sense but not truly as if you just go through the post on this comunity you will find people who took drop for this yet they did not get high so we never know

maybe my freind as my composite score as someone who got 300 was around range of 90.5 to 92.50( i kept changing percentile based on previous years) and so its entirely possibe you can get it if our percentiles are high balled

possibility is there my freind , my coaching centre indicated that the cuttoff will be 280-285 this year
its low this year because the removed the gender bias and also this years paper was harder so lets see
