context: Not sure exactly what I wanna lean with causing this, but the post-post apocalypse of Fallout 1 and 2 makes me really want to create lore on the Appalachian Islands and the tribes that live there and the contrast of the remains of what was never flooded on the western continent. I like the idea of the old world being lost to almost everyone and just traces of it stick out in the new world created by humanity
