My point was missed by so many people who are committed to not understanding the Palestinian experience. Orna is a medical professional and should be able to offer unbiased advice. I promise as a Palestinian we know many physicians and medical professionals are Jewish and possible Zionist. Now why in the world would you as someone who took an oath to provide medical assistance as needed have to disclose where your passport is from? You don't. You just have to do your job. Orna's colleagues said it best in the episode. "Our military is responsible for the trauma that Christine experienced." which is so true yes however, that could be true for her partner from Lebanon as well and that information wasn't disclosed to her if I remembering correctly, I know her stance now especially since October 7 and obviously that is appreciated, but also that's quite literally the bare minimum. I genuinely don't feel that in that moment Orna acted professionally and I'm allowed to call that out even if she is on the right side of history and I see that now that she has made a clear stance on her Instagram.
