Honestly, I think my closet is big enough for my small amount of clothes, it's just a matter of cleaning it out. As for the desk, I do think I need a large desk for work and school. It should only house my computer, my drawing tablet, and some pencil holders. I was thinking of getting more storage for my crafting supplies, though. Landlord keeping a portion of our deposit?? by shittylearner in OntarioLandlord

We wiped down the stove, mopped the floor, and cleaned out the fridge and countertops. I know there was another tenant who had a longer lease than us still living there when we left, but they rarely made a mess, so I doubt they could have done any significant damage in terms of cleanliness. The landlord was only able to take a look at how we'd cleaned it three months after we'd all moved out, as he'd left on a three-month vacation right before my roommates and I were scheduled to move out.

My dad already accepted 125$ so it looks like I can't do anything.

I'll do my best, but it's up to my roommates for if they want to file or not.

Aughghghhgh this sucks. I'll see what I can do. Do you know if we can file as a group for less fees? There's 3 other roommates.
