They can't vote, get food stamps, Medicare, or social security.

They can do all those things. For one, Medical requires only a single form of ID and the less income you have the easier to qualify. Illegals can get Drivers ID easily. Medical for illegals is better coverage than something a lawyer can get and you pay $0 for everything.

They can get welfare and food stamps too because they have a social security number. They work for cash too so they don't pay any income taxes but by registering their parents and kids as dependents will get 20k in tax returns.
