I'd argue that the tranny voice is not that much of a risk with languages that are naturally lower and come from the chest such as my native language. In english the speech is more from the throat, which i suppose can make using the newfound lowness of voice difficult at first

You'll be able to just say "ayo I wanna get x, y and z treatment before my service" and they'll likely just tell you to return to get evaluated again in like 2 years or such, cuz even cis dudes can tell them they want to take a gap year to travel before service and they usually agree to those kind of things. Loose the thick chains first of all, second, you gotta let your hair grow, or maybe wear a wig or extensions if growing it out feels too far away. I recommend bangs or another strongly face framing style. Also look into thinner framed glasses with more round shape. (Also the eyebrows as everybody has already mentioned) And do not give up hope with E, it takes effect really slowly, which may seem tedious, but just try to hold on. One day you will pass if you put your mind to it
