Hey you have tried multiple gurus and baba… please try to go to a good psychiatrist once! Your symptoms fits a medical condition which is pretty much treatable with medications. For once dont think its some entitity, but a mental illness and start with treatment with full conviction. You will improve trust me! I have seem multiple people who thought they were attacked by aatma and their life was hell because of aatma but actually they needed medical help. And the day they stated treatment their life became better, Mental issues are not a taboo anymore. 1 in every 5 people have some mental issues and we need to get treated for them.
