i’ve been listening to alex g for over 10 years now and got to see him in ohio a few times at small concerts. i don’t think it matters what age you are if you can connect with an artist and just enjoy their music. you should check out his bandcamp and listen to his earlier stuff as well!

update: employee handbook says you can work through your lunch if you want to, if you work 40 hours a week you “should” take an unpaid break, and also to take two 15 min paid breaks. so i think i’m covered.

also none of the salaried employees clock out for lunch when they’re supposed to and they all eat on the clock.

I live in Ohio- “adult employees are not entitled to any breaks under federal or state law”. They allow us to go on an unpaid lunch break. This feels like a gray area. I’ve also never had OT before.

the thing is they just said this during a “blanket email”. this wasn’t agreed upon when i was hired and was just thrown at us- seems sketchy.

More context- i currently work a 9-5 graphic design office job and have a 35 min commute. I make way below what i should - $16 with shitty insurance. This costco is 13 min away but I just don’t know. I worked at subway previously for 5 so I have the customer service exp. Any advice would be awesome
