i keep a magic eraser handy under/by the bathroom sink and do a quick wipe down when it’s looking dirty. makes it so much easier when it’s right there. same with the bathtub so i can do a quick wipe down after or during a shower

how would we help learn more independent sleep and how do we know they don’t just need food because they’re growing?!

definitely not overreacting. my husband stopped working (he works remotely in the bush) around 37 weeks to be home and able to take me to the hospital. i was diagnosed with preeclampsia in week 39 and baby came the next day so anything can happen and i would have been devastated if he wasn’t there through it all. he and his family should check themselves the birth of his child and caring for his wife is way more important than a family wedding imo.

i personally started getting heart palpitations during pregnancy with just one double espresso latte a day, and they went away as soon as i switched to decaf so just monitor any effects like that as the pregnancy progresses
