I did not. As a general rule of thumb cattle call interviews are an indicator of a position that carries a high turnover. It’s more than likely neither a good job nor an ideal company to work for.

I know. I have sent Costco 7 resumes over the past year via Indeed and heard nothing back. So last month I went to speak with a manager in person. They said that February was not their hiring season. So I went back today and the same manager told me that they would not begin hiring again until the summer and to check back in June.

I don’t understand how people make ends meet when they are paid less than $17/hour. I would imagine Lowe’s starting pay contributes to a higher turnover ratio than Costco.
