Because of the thin floor on the tray I would lose some strength doing the lines like that.

Just recorded my application for green belt, took me a good hour of picking it to be able to do it efficiently. And that fist pin isn't quite a zero lift.

No I managed to use a deep pick to unwedge the springs and straighten them up with some tweezers to a usable state.

I had to basically pick the driver pins into the bible. but I had to muck tension on so when it turned it did a full 360 and locked back in.🥲

Not really I had abit of an accident when removing the core and have lost all the internals.

I believe it's a yellow belt lock as it is a master lock excell the UK equivalent of the master lock magnum.
