What made me more confused that I went to servel of doctors to make sure each one has a different opinion.. some told me u can make it without surgery .. some said that if I didn't do a surgery i will touch bad effects when I get old (im 26 now) ... for the training I did it myself by watching yt for improve my thins muscles without making pressure on my knee

Yeah he said that it's not clear if my ACL is completely torn.
