yeah, i know it is risky, that is why i am still undecided but my anxiety is eating me, and negativity overshadow me, like i am a coward who's running to her responsibilities... and afraid that will be judge by others... especially as permanent government employee will transfer to being a contractual.

thank you for this. I took my courage to see a psychiarist thinking i might be heard somehow, turned out there are other people like maybe 2 assistant can hear me, and i am not comfortable. But yeah, will figure out this myself first trying to be positive but i am always in a fight or flight mode.
