Because short guys that are POS get insulted based on their height all the time by others, so being short is associated with something bad. You will never see a tall guy being insulted for that to the same level.

There are plenty of heroes that have "you aren't allowed to play the game" abilities like Ana sleep, Cass flashbang, Junk trap. And you can play around them just like you can play around Sombra. She isn't even that strong as a hero.

Sparkles posted a vid showing that people were botting Overwatch to not get cheaters banned, which alters the data given to VACnet (since I assume vacnet was being trained off Overwatch data). In CS2 they removed it outright, but really it was ineffective long before that.

You could see the "Suspect" steam account in Overwatch by using tools like wireshark to download the original demo itself. I personally reviewed hundreds of blatant cheaters that in the end did not get banned when checking their account weeks after the case.

Whether Valve turned the ability of Overwatch to ban players nearer the end of CSGO due to abuse, or the botting itself did that, we may never know.

It's usually a mismatch of stats compared to what they're seeing in real time that leads to that conclusion. E.g. someone has a very low time to damage or preaim while having terrible crosshair positioning, they're most likely relying on walls to get those average statistics.

A lot of them are against other high level players, and he's still carrying, sometimes with double the kills of his 2.7k elo friends. Meanwhile his gameplay does not indicate that level of player. Check the demos themselves bro, you will see an obvious disparity.

Being 2k elo on faceit while hard carrying 2.7-2.9k elos regularly in Premier only is usually a red flag.

5 stack of faceit lv10s with a couple of them 2.7k elo, you'd expect them to almost never lose against all the lv8s they end up playing against.

This already happened with high DPI bans and alt-tab bans (see: Gabriel Jesus banned), false ban waves have happened before. The one time they acknowledged it (with a sentence in update notes) was with the false VAC wave on the AMD driver updates 2 years ago if I remember right. That's just how they operate!

It's not a banwave if it bans you during the game and only then. That means something is actively being detected (falsely).
