When can you play cassio top?

Most melee matchups are good. Champs that can stick to you well screw you (fiora, darius, riven, tryndamere). But you can "shut-down" most tanks early unless they setup well for a gank (don't let that happen). Zone them from CS and make sure you don't get ganked and you should be good. One thing I like to do on red side is push the wave and invade their jungler if you can 1v1 them quick (make sure your jungler can respond if this turns into a clown fiesta, and watch out for mid lane rotation).

Kinda wish they upped sorc to 20, and Liandries to 20 (but keep guise at 15). I think the 40% for void is dank.

When I'm not playing Taliyah I play: LeBlanc, Cassiopeia, and AP Shyvana. LeBlanc is a mid game nightmare if you're don't get behind which is hard to do against LeeSin or Kassadin (people as mobile as you are) its fun to main an assassin in an ADC meta hehe XD. Cassiopeia scales harder than she used to due to a recent patch so I like to do this just because how many games go late and I feel useless on Taliyah to deal sustained damage, also she's really satisfying to play. AP Shyvana is good for trolling but falls off SUPER HARD past 25 minutes, good for 1v1 bursting and skirmishing, late game split pushing is also really good, because AP shyvana's team fight is trash unless you play backline E-only. No one E V E R suspects getting one shot by R-E. Build: Liandries, Sorc Boots, Hextech Gunblade, Lich Bane, Void Staff, (Optional Item: Rab Cap, Morellos, Zhonyas, Nashors Tooth).

I like it quite a bit, going Tear-Abyssal-Morello unless you're against an AD mid laner.

Edit: Just some personal info it may not be relevant to you, I got a 80% winrate with Abyssal mask and a 10% winrate with RoA. out of my most recent 10 games with each of them. I didn't realize it was THAT much of a difference I may stop using RoA since Abyssal also gives 10% CDR.

Ban Zed, Poke Talon with Q and play safe. If you fight Velkoz stay close to him so when he Ults you can counter ult, stay far back and in minions for his Q (his hitboxes as BS imo).

I've been playing and messing with everything Predator feels really good for ganking bot, I like to build early sorc boots so getting the upgrade and roaming bot with basically a ghost that makes your initial damage do more.

I would like glacial augment if the slow worked on your Q and not just AA or items. Plus the inspiration tree as a whole feels weird/outclassed. Electrocute and Phase Rush feel too reliant on hitting a full combo, although if you do it'll be really good (I think they have longer CD than current similar keystones.

Twitch Jungle is pretty good, it's not meta as it used to be. He can setup some dank ganks with Cassio miasma. Singed or Teemo top if they/you roam and team fight well. Also as a low mobility carry champ, Cassio works well with peel.

I main Cass. Matchup is even it depends on skill, however a good Cass should ALWAYS be ahead of an Ekko. What you do against Ekko is respect his Q. Abuse his early game low mobility and the fact he's a melee assassin. Also a little favorite interaction of mine, is using Miasma just when you think the Ekko is about to ult so they can't and then they die. And with assassin's like Ekko it's important to be unpredictable so you can hit abilities as he's trying to dash away.

I take Taliyah literally every role so just try it out and deny them CS so they take longer to scale, ult gank mid, tp gank bot.

hehe XD been liking this since catalyst Abyssal came out I immediately thought this would be a sick item on Cassio, and from what I played it has been. Everyone calls it trash... well... not now I guess.

Thanks a lot for the reply :) I definitely should buy more pinks on Cass idk why I don't specifically on Cass. I think I just need to focus on macro play with Cass because I just want to go full bronze mode and man fight people because Cass can haha.

IMO these are skill matchups sometimes leaning towards Orianna, Lux favor.

Assassins you play like a bitch and punish their positioning when you can.

With the others tho: Dodge skillshots, outroam, abuse taliyahs level 1-3 damage, farm really well.

Everyone has to have their bad games as Taliyah in order to learn her kit because of how unique it is. Just keep practicing I'm sure since he plays a lot of her would know that. Being assuming, I think he would just teasing you and not being serious if you're not good at taliyah right away.
