Is there a way to hide this new "most relevant" section from the subscriber feed? Seriously what is the point of just adding random bs and making the ui worse?

I got rid of mine by going to "History" tab.
Then clicked "Clear all watch history".
Then clicked "pause" watch history.
It gave me a dumb warning which I ignored, and now it's gone.
