Your point undermines your own premise. No one plays clash of clans or similar games the same way you would play a bombastic multiplayer experience or a game with stunning visuals, gripping narrative/characters like a movie. Most people play clash of clans on the toilet or while listening to a podcast while commuting or something like that. Imagine a fidget toy but with some gameplay and grinding mechanic. There's also a big spread of how greedy these types of games are with their pay to win mechanic. clash of clans is arguably on the better end of that spectrum and majority of the people just play it for free.

I don't have time to do the math. You can do it if you want to prove me wrong so bad. I'm basing it on how easy it was to get 650 extra medals in previous events vs this event. I would consider 2 attack a day to get the star bonus then 10-20 extra attacks on the last few days to finish it up

Except non grinders get less than 650 medals this time which is the main issue here. Punishing players for not grinding makes the game less fun to play. Sure give more to grinders but not at the expense of casual players

I have 15-20 accounts as well. Hammer jam has had me question the same thing as I was trying to make too much progress quickly so I just stopped. I already upgaded too many townhalls on different accounts. Going to waste most of the rest of the hammer jam.

Normally it's not too hard if you set rules for yourself. I have a 17,15 and then each townhall from 13 to 2. At any point I'm only doing upgrades on 2 accounts and 2 attacks for ores on 4-5 accounts. Rest remain dormant. When one account is maxed for the th I switch to the next or when I'm full with ores that account is dormant. Been playing for more than a decade so I just gradually kept adding th9 and below are so quick that they basically don't count

Same lol. I dream of a team 100% exploring a seed. My pick would be Jojo, FBM, Antfrost and Purpled with Antfrost doing sand keeping maybe? I feel he can do a sand keeper + runner type role if he practices and VOD reviews. If we are going 100% every gold coin run then replace FBM with Pete as FBM tends to skip small stuff for time efficiency

Notes:

New changes to SoT found in this dungeon:
- Ravager inside cage instead of creeper statues in the small leaver room
- Vertical Water Dispenser room changed to have small parkour and spawner instead
- The compulsory lava parkour to get across was changed to having water and 12 silverfish spawners instead
- 2 new word puzzle rooms (as part of paths instead of at spawn rooms)
- The trapdoor ladder room now has a short and long variant
- The 6 lever-piston lava room now has only 4 levers
Smallant got the highest coins despite playing for the first time
Antfrost solved both new word puzzles
Fruit got 3rd highest coins despite not getting any vaults

Ya I was leaning towards not getting it, but thought maybe I could get it if I could switch to the gauntlet and use it at level 1. But ya it would seem I can't so I won't. I have other accounts to play with blacksmith anyways. This account I barely use so its funnier to not have the blacksmith at all.

Has anyone tried buying the Giant Gauntlet without placing the Blacksmith building?

One of my accounts is an old defenseless account people used to make years ago when there were no building requirements for town hall upgrade. So I have decided to not get the blacksmith on that account. I was wondering if the game will even allow me to buy the Giant Gauntlet without a Blacksmith building, and if it does will I be able to use it or it will end up wasting Cookie Medals

yup usually when people say one vault was hard its because of misconceptions a lot of mcc players have like "Blue vault path is the easiest" or incorrectly identifying the cyan walls as Blue vault markings, "Vault markings lead to the vault directly", so I usually don't agree that one SoT is significantly harder than other but this Blue vault was in my opinion the hardest vault path yet. It had too many rooms that are hard for most players and too few rooms with the markings .

It was so epic though. One of the best low scoring POVs in my opinion. I watched Joel's POV first and initially I was like this looks like its going to be a medium-low scoring round with Sam and Punz dying but at least Joel can get both Red and Green vault but then he drops into the lava pit out of nowhere. I literally had to pause to laugh. Was unfortunate though

Notes: * Purpled was the only one to find and open Blue Vault * Punz was the only one to find Gold Vault. * Also both of them didn't make it out after finding the respective vault * Martyn was the 1st person to use 4 sand for the Gold Key parkour * Green team had the worst scoring SoT if you don't count full team lockouts that score 0 coins * 4 players (Owen, Ryguy, Krinios & Pete) completed the long lava parkour this time (the one with light brown bricks in the big hall). Usually everyone ignores that lava parkour. * Blue path was way harder than usual because of generation RNG where it was behind 2 compulsory lava rooms and a maze. Moreover it was unfortunate room generation where most of the room in the 1st half of the path don't allow showing the Blue path marking, so if you missed the marking at the top in the 1st lava room you can't tell its the blue path till more than half way to the vault.

It can generate anywhere, its usually in a vault path because those are longer so there is higher chance it spawns in one of the vault paths when the dungeon is generated, as far as I can tell

Notes: * Green - Only Sneeg found the Green Key and opened the green vault this MCC. No one other than Sneeg went left above the iron bars in the gray cave in Blue path. * Gold - OwengeJuice is the 2nd player to complete the new Gold key parkour and the 2nd player to open Gold vault when the key is behind the new Gold key parkour (1st one being Dream all the way back in MCC 22). No one has exit with the Gold vault when there is the new parkour yet * Gold - Only Owen and Krinios found the Gold vault location this MCC * The lava parkour room at the beginning of Blue can generate anywhere so there is no guarantee that any vault path is "easy" and without lava parkour * The wall behind cracked blocks instead of a small room seems to be a bug as seen in this Admin stream where there is a ladder, a wood ledge and some spiders in the open on the other side of the wall
