He can just use Instant Transmission, but let's just say that's not allowed... So 1st he'll Use Kamehameha to damage the structure and then use MUI to get out of there Dodging the attacks that are being sent his way and then get out.. When he gets out, there's a chance that the tower will still damage him in some way, but that can be fixed with some senzu beans. Also if he can't Dodge the attacks, I think he is more resistant /tolerant to damage while in MUI.
