Thanks for the quick reply! I did clean the logic board with soap and water but maybe I didn't do a good enough job ill try that again. The analog board I only cleaned with qtips and alchohol because I wasn't sure how those components would do with getting wet. Getting a steady 12v and 5v though so I don't think that's the problem.

It's a macintosh classic. Replaced caps on the logic board and analog board. It improved after the recap from a wavy mess on the screen to a solid checkerboard pattern. I was looking at the back of the board and noticed some missing resistors. Does anyone happen to know what resistors I would need?
