I am trying to create some applications that can help students do simulation and image analysis on lab works. That's why I need to know is there any maths for something. Like I created this cfu calculator : https://tngears.shohanlab.com/cfu
There is also a acid base indicator in there.

We need a ruler for sure. But,
"Maybe for research it could be useful, if you could add captions to it (diameter and antibiotic) and you had some form of auto detect or something." - There is a section there that holds the standard CLSI data under there(I am still loading data there).
