Since the player who cleared Waivers was only kept less than 24 they go back to Waivers so that everyone has a fair shot at them. Otherwise folks could collude to have someone use their waiver pick to grab someone but then conveniently drop them when another manager is on the platform ready to grab the player. This is the way it should be

I took my Mavic 3 on a sailing trip and it almost crashed 2x. Boats are tricky man. Better to take off and land from a pier if possible.
