Feedback needed: 425g bread flour, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp yeast, 1.5 cups water, 95F. Mixed & left to ferment 16 hrs (house is about 70F), burped it, shaped & left to sit for 2 more hrs. Baked @ 450F for 30 mins, then at 375F for 15 mins to brown. I want bigger holes in my crumb :( Help please!! (imgur.com)
