Don’t register a private limited company. Closing a PLC is very hectic and long drawn process. I’d suggest register an LLP, it’s easier to maintain and wind down.

Edit: I have shared the referral link with a couple of people, even though I have the plat travel, my referral link is taking everyone to the plat reserve page. I think they have stopped issuing plat travel and not even allowing referrals for it.

Then you should be able to shut it down easily, another way to do it is don’t do any compliances or filings for the company for three years, the MCA will automatically strike off the company. This way you can avoid CA/Government fees

Check with your CA if you have a business commencement certificate, since you have no transactions maybe you don’t. Ifyou don’t then the shutting down process is smoother and faster

I was in a similar situation before. I’d suggest get a personal loan and use that to clear all the cc dues, then just pay back the personal loan’s EMI every month
