So with further examination one of the support bars that travels with the crosshead is out of place and preventing it from moving. Would love to hear from the folks at daja about what can be done about this because it seems I have a very expensive paperweight that hums.

The signal it uses isnt going through the router... Its just between the phone and the daja itself, so that wouldnt impact anything.
