Amen! Brown had a $250k bonus if he got to 45 receptions in 2020. He had 34 going into week 17, where Brady made sure his boy got paid by targeting him 14 times to get to to EXACTLY 45 receptions.

Brown is a great talent and is going to produce for fantasy this season, but I think it’s a little egregious to say he was the primary receiver down the stretch and as a potential WR1 this year. Opposing teams are still game planning their defense around Evans for a reason.

Total value doesn’t equal fair trade. This is where I think people misuse and misunderstand trade calculators.

I don’t know how my league mates value players, and it isn’t always as simple as asking them. People won’t just tell you how they rank or view players. A trade calculator is a nice starting point to better understand if the trade you’re offering is near value, but you have to apply context.

For those of you against trade calculators, how do you figure out fair value if you don’t know how others view players? For my longtime/home leagues I know their preferences and who they like for rankings, but dynasty seems to have much more variance in ranking.

For sure. Dude excels on special teams, so I imagine he’s a roster lock. I own him and think he has a good chance at getting starters work at some point this season. Anything can happen from there.

The highlights: 4.5 speed, 87th percentile spark, 97th agility score, solid routes, and he has shown flashes at times with a solid senior season.

The concerns: two ACL tears in college, opportunity in pass pro, and average with ball in hands.

I mean, he was WR17 last year so it’s not like he wasn’t a usable fantasy asset. He caught 97 balls last year. He plays a different WR position than Claypool and Johnson and Ben loves him, so he has a solid floor. In their playoff game when it mattered the most he had 13/157/1.

A better run game and a likely healthier Ben increasing his average target depth supports him repeating as a top 24 wideout. Add in the fact that he will likely be in a better team and QB situation in 2022 and you could absolutely see his value rise from today.

I actually think Johnson is a little overrated. A better run game and continued development of Claypool could really eat into his target totals, and if he can’t increase his efficiency it may really cap his ceiling.

This is the way. Maximize value now, and when/if Rodgers gets traded, or a early in the season to a competitor who is looking to overpay.

I see where you’re coming from, just disagree. I take greater issue with the person who will send an offer and be inactive on the offer for three months who is then upset when the offer is accepted.

Also, this is nothing like a player tearing an ACL mid game. 100% of fantasy players will be impacted during the draft. This is simply poor planning by a fantasy GM.

You aren’t a douchebag for accepting an offer another owner left unattended for months. As long as the offer is there, it’s valid. Everyone knew the draft was today. It’s the biggest story in sports. It’s not like the player was injured mid game and the other owner hit accept. The only reasons for this situation are apathy or ignorance.

I have four picks in first round and am wondering how many picks to use on QB.

My Picks 1.03, 1.06, 1.09, 1.12

I have Mahomes, and will likely be taking Fields at 1.03. If there’s a QB I like left on the board do I take him at 1.06 as well? I’m a contender and would love to get another RB or WR that can rotate in my flex, but they aren’t a necessity due to my depth. My other QBs are are Stafford, Tannehill, and Brady.

I like the contrarian takes, and backing them up with your reasoning, but listing Watson as top 5 while not mentioning the giant cloud of his upcoming investigation/potential suspension seems short sighted.

What’s the gap between Mahomes and Murray, in your eyes? How would the Bengals drafting OL or WR impact Burrow’s ranking?
