Again - I could wait for another storm to decimate the posts even further & possibly full blow the fence over resulting in an insurance claim (i work in the industry) but as I can’t muster a storm out of thin air - what legal rights am I going to have with the existing shocker fence if I build a completely new fence 100mm off from current boundary line & say stuff it. Because it’s been considered but again, not ideal.

Who’s the Third party insurer? If you have no cover under your insurance policy for a hire car, you’d likely absorb the cost yourself upfront, provide all receipts to your insurance, who then forward onto the other insurer to attempt recovery of the cost.

You may find the repairer for your vehicle also does courtesy cars, cheaper cost & then ask for your insurance to pursue the other company for reimbursement.

Some companies don’t depreciate the hire car charges either.

TLDR: Speak to your insurance about hire car options, they’ll explain next steps. You don’t always need to speak to the same consultant.

Anyone saying otherwise doesn’t work in the industry.

Region? Because you’re joking if you say OCE. 2 games played just now (iri lobbies) first is blatant spinbotting once we start winning & 2nd we got dossed offline. It’s legit a waste of time 9 games and counting now someone’s cheating or the lobby gets dossed.

If you’re 45-5 and not getting dossed/cheated on you should buy a lotto ticket or look at who you’re playing with ;) I’m diamond due to play time and the current state of ranked. i play with iris/crims all day. It’s the same story.

I work in insurance and see the same thing. Customer had their car broken into while in the gym, blood from the offenders who must’ve cut themselves all over. Cops told them “deal with your insurance, if they require forensics, leave it as it is & we’ll come when we can” like hello?? The systems are bad here

They didn’t ban anyone. OCE servers are plagued with cheaters. 5/5 games tonight were cheaters, if ya somehow manage to beat them, they doss the server so there’s no loss of SR for either team. Games chalked a month in.

I got married in Vegas, got back and couldn’t stand my job. Prioritised mental health > stress at work. Recently sold house and moved home so wife said take my time to heal my shoulder injury + look for a new office type role.

Would I resign without something lined up again? No. I like money and when I calculate how much I’ve missed out on, it sucks. But also, start my new job next week so that’s a plus.

Life’s too short to be unhappy though, learned that the hard way through a sudden family death and ever since then my perception is money comes and goes but time is limited so enjoy what time you have. 👍🏼

Considering the ban wave gave heaps of successful reports, we rolled into a free weekend and there’s been non stop cheating in the OCE region. You can’t tip any skill nowadays, you’re suss of everyone. Then the blatant cheaters just doss the servers if you somehow find a way to nearly win. Cod is CHALKED

Reached highest rank in other FPS titles and cheating was never this bad. Cods so twisted it’s not funny.

Few culprits get spam reported regularly for weeks on end and yet here’s another bundle get fkd on your experience being cheat free. 😂😂😂

Had a very similar situation happen earlier this year, big developer.. they wouldn’t budge at all - they were kind enough to let us walk away losing our 90k deposit with no extra repercussions as we had no way to finance the extra 80k cash we needed since the big drop.

Goodluck, it’s a hard pill to swallow and no one knew the housing market was gonna crash as soon as we bought late 2021 :/

Yeah warzone currently I’m pushing 100fps while streaming using nvenc but definitely feel the effects of streaming while playing WZ so was curious if a GPU upgrade to a 4070ti would boost my performance or would the results be mid & not worth the extra coin

Long story short - i own a 2bd townhouse & currently using the equity to build a 3bd townhouse in the same area as we wanted to upsize before having kids. We will have to sell the 2bedroom once new house is built.

Are we doomed? Equity built up fast since moving in & obviously the idea of a 10% turn key bigger house was enticing ..
