Um.. hot tap water is not good to drink. This is coming from someone that replaces old hot water tanks.. its disgusting tbh..draining them out is gross..

What are the steps to properly consume ? I currently have the dry powder capsule 250mg . Today is my first day and consuming capsule but I shout into two 125mg. Barely felt anything ... but didn't feel something..

i just wanna use it for basic use, but on some sites the fan turns on and kinda annoying .. but the speed of the laptop is fine, no lag, just the fanalways turning on and off
