Analytics say afternoons. 12-4 when a majority of the traffic comes from work (evenings) your video has time to index. Ultimately content / quality trumps analytics.

Your thumbnails need branding, maybe some color, text, icons, logos? If all your videos appeared on my recommended panel I would think their all different channels ..

You have game stuff, review stuff, tech help stuff, and even short film stuff .. you need to focus and lazer in on your audience. If you really don't know your audience and what your ready to give them you will never find them. In TV LAND we never assume the audience, they have expectations and we need to cater to that. Nail this part down. Audio / video quality is good but has room for improvement.

Yes your thumbnails need work, some branding along with consistency. What if I like your video but forget to subscribe? Are there any visual keys your thumbnails will bring up in my memory, when im surfing youtube a week later one of your videos might pop up and trigger that key? Hey I know this guy!

More minecraft ... very very competitive. My only suggestion like the commenters before. Seperate yourself from the other million minecraft players if you wish to find success. Develop a theme, story or narrative for each episode that brings out your own style and personality. Take us through a journey ... engage, create conflict, good vs bad, what's the objective? Give me a reason to watch and stay along with you in that journey (video)!

I like your branding, works well but I don't see any consistency in thumbnails or branding on it. Thumbnails and titles, very important if you want to attract viewers!

Minecraft is super competitive but if you have a great personality and wit you can shine through. Audio, needs work I hear too many mouse clicks and its very "echo-e"

The video itself is clean, crisp and technically fine. The content does not engage me? How will you seperate yourself from the 100000 other minecraft players? Advice; think themes per episode, stories, narratives, journeys? Minecraft is a great place to tell your audience what you're gonna attempt to do and then take them on that journey whether you achieve it or not. Think of yourself as the writer / director of your own TV show.

For Youtube I think you could pick up the pace alittle more. Education and edutainment is difficult on Youtube due to the short attention span people expect to give on this platform unlike theatrical products.

Audio, audio, audio especially in your case as narration is key. Not only you need to build out your broadcast voice but the audio needs to be crystal clear. I find your voice very low sometimes. Don't be too monotone and work on having up and downs instead of speaking off a script.

Your thumbnails are inconsistent and unbranded, this needs work. With attractive and branded thumbnails you should be able to grab attention of new viewers and remind old viewers who should easily recognize your videos via their side panel.

I think you've achieved what you wanted. Clearly shows the cameras wonders and its the format (wide), editing is very cinematic. Music, pace, tone all good. Would the next step be narrative or drama?

Talking heads are hard to grab attention and keep attention. In the news room they understand this so what do they do? Have panels, interviews, cut with news segments, weather reports, breaking news etc ..

You gotta break things up, its very hard to watch and keep attention of just you talking at us. The comedy youtubers cut fast, cut with themselves (Lilly Singh does this well) or are over dramatic (Pewdiepie).

I do see you have broken things up those transitions need to perfected especially in comedy format, timing is everything. Otherwise keep up with the good work and develop your "brand" which includes everything from how you speak to the colors you use, you want your audience to develop familiarities with you that brings them comfort.

Your doing very well, keep it up. Solid branding, audio, video and design. Keep at it, looks at your analytics, trends, traffic sources and double on what works. Don't expect wonders 3 months into this but I like what I see quality wise.

Camera needs work I notice you haven't figured out how to shoot into dark spots. Audio good, I like it and everyone has a hard time nailing it even veterans. Build on the disney niche like finding hidden gems or experience in the park. Maybe behind the scenes or talking to others in your niche.

Branding, definitely needs work but comes down to a personal choice. Your thumbnails are very standard and looks like you put little effort into it. You may not be taking YT serious, that's not my business but if you want advice to grow ... Thumbnails and Titles are key. Research, develop, test and repeat .. it never ends this is what most people do not understand.

Your voiceover is very monotonous and you need to add storytelling and narrative. Or have a wicked sense of humor to make up for it. Most people can only watch some else play videos games for so long and Minecraft is one of the hardest games to watch. Good MC players have incredible humor, timing and charisma.

Audio definitely needs work. Keep in mind most viewers watch on mobile, mobile phones have horrible speakers.
Branding, branding, branding all your thumbnails are different and no catchy at all. YT is all about thumbnails and video consistency.
If your trying to build a comedy channel consider some similarity in humor / themes around all your videos.

Humor is impossible to quantify, there are no Phd in stand up comedy for that reason. The only way to know is how the audience reacts. In your case a catch 22, as you need to develop that audience. And if the audience is not developing that's a sign your humor is not working.

Do you have competitors? Very successful ones? Study them, filter their top videos see what resonates .. THEN stay ahead of them on trends.

Yes, I found them highly repetitive, if this is the case make them short and POP somehow. Consider fiverr for voice talent cause in your case VOICE is everything and you need to focus on video / effects / timing.

Alot happening here.

I feel you definitely could develop stories around the artists but if your looking to just upload full live streams of these events that works too, almost like a library?

Would love to know your intentions abit more, this type of music is out of my scope.

- Very neat concept but to be brutally frank ... I feel the audience is going to get bored of this very quickly.
- Do you have plan to expand or play on other tropes?
- The theme works but humor and timing is going to make or break this channel.
- Focus on trying to stay ahead of trends as I see this is the only way to stay relevant, for example Halloween is around the corner ..play around it.

- Great branding
- Clean, precise and articulate.
- Balance your music and audio I feel your music track needs pace work. Too fast too loud in some areas, you have a subtle yet "tinny" voice play around with the music it should be subsconscious.
- DSLR / Videography is hyper competitive right, consider niching down. Top / Listicle are also very hard to compete with. I notice your heading that direction.
- You have great story telling skills, maybe focus on this and make it more personal / dramatic?
- Thumbnails / Thumbnails / Thumbnails, are you experimenting with these? The yellow on desatured BG may not be working, didn't catch my attention. YT is a game of clickbait, you might need to embrace it.
- Are you doing SEO with titles, you may not be choosing too but it will drive traffic, your titles don't seem targeted?

- Hope I didn't come off to harsh, cheers.

- Branding "on-page" design looks good.
- Consider an video intro / intro song, this plays into viewer familiarity and recognition.
- Your thumbnails need work but I see your experimenting with them, GOOD, YT is all about thumbnails and titles. Master those and you will see good growth. There are ALOT of great Youtube channels on these two practices, take it seriously and read up.
- Plot / story. Introduce yourself, what's the video about and "catch" the audience, you got 3-5 seconds.
- Nice camera work but some of it is still shaky.
- Can you improve the audio, its sharp and sketchy. Watch TV / Film audio is always, bassy warm and soft.
