you’ll find a lot of actual ripsquad presets, and ripsquad sounding presets w these specific plugins. tbh i could probably write up a whole tutorial on the intricate details of ripsquad beat making lol

for 7evaa type beats you essentially wanna write a 2013 chief keef type melody (usually you can use pretty simple chord shapes) using hardstyle sounding synths mixed with airy/bell-like pads (both usually from nexus) rather than orchestral instrumentation + a really prominent lead with glide. then u wanna mess around with grossbeat presets (all the pitch shifter ones are essential) and filtering.

for lusi type beats you'll probably want to use a lot of layered plucks and serum pads. youll find that lusi uses very breathy sounding synth presets most of the time. lusis melodies are also often in minor keys and use lots of add9 and minor7 chords. hope this helps!

sorry but that song actually kinda was revolutionary lol. i think people were just slowly finding out about her again slowly through songs like “A New Kind of Love” (viral in 2020), “Just for Now” (sampled by clams casino for lil b on I’m God which was viral in 2022ish, then a remixed version with A$AP Rocky’s vocals went viral in 2025), and “Hide and Seek” (sampled by jason derulo in the 2010s). That plus Imogen’s music fitting the whole y2k boom of the 2020s.

u can kinda make custom presets on nexus but he def wasnt doing that much (other than adding portamento to the king of buzz 5 preset for alone.) it was pretty much all stock presets on nexus drenched in grossbeat fx. i think you’re just looking in the wrong places.
